What happens if the equipment fails inspection?
In most cases it can be repaired or replaced without changing supplier. Nordtech runs a mechanical workshop, a welding workshop and its own production in the same building as the inspection, and sources new equipment when repair is not possible.

At Nordtech Services, Leirvikhøyda 4 in Rypefjord. Nordtech is a Kiwa-certified inspection body for the statutory inspection of lifting equipment (sakkyndig kontroll) — including overhead and gantry cranes, winches and hoists, loose lifting gear, personnel lifts and forklift trucks.

Yes, both. Inspection of fall protection equipment is a regular Nordtech service, and racking inspection is a separate service we carry out at your warehouse.

The workshop is at Leirvikhøyda 4 in Rypefjord, and Nordtech sells and delivers equipment across Northern Norway. Inspection, service and repair are carried out both in the workshop and at the customer's site. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00, and we have a 24/7 on-call service.
